Meet Your Property Management Team 

We do things differently at KITT. Unlike a traditional manager who is trying to do everything, we have specialists who do most of the work of looking after your property from our centralised Property Management hub. That means you have experts taking care of every aspect of tenant selection, tenant management, compliance, and maintenance management.

In Hamilton, our Associate Property Managers do all the work that needs us to be at the property – things like inspections, open homes and co-ordinating with contractors.

That’s what allows KITT to deliver the best service and the best value.
